Description

Maitai Superarctic Anaconda is a combination of the recessive sable mutation, the recessive toffeebelly mutation, the homozygous incomplete dominant superarctic mutation and the heterozygous incomplete dominant anaconda mutation. This combination generally hatches with a dark purple colour and becomes lighter as it ages. The eyes display a fully solid colour without visible patterning. The anaconda mutation removes part of the dorsal pattern, allowing more of the background colour to remain visible. The sable mutation increases darker pigmentation, while the toffeebelly mutation contributes warmer tones. The intensity of colour and contrast may vary between individual specimens within this combination.
